What does SMARTcash cost?
The complete system costs DKK 16,000 excl. VAT as a one-off payment. Installation and training cost DKK 5,000. Hardware is priced to your needs — we're happy to help you choose.
Does SMARTcash meet the Danish Tax Agency's requirements?
SMARTcash is built for the Danish law on digital sales registration: sales are digitally signed in a journal that cannot be changed, and the SAF-T file can be generated for any period. Read more on the compliance page.
What hardware do we need?
SMARTcash runs on Windows touch tills such as Elo, with an Epson receipt printer, cash drawer and Nets/Nexi terminal. Waiters can use iPads. We help with purchasing and setup.
Does SMARTcash run in the cloud?
No. SMARTcash runs on your own server on site. Your data stays with you, and the tills work on your local network.
How do we get help when something goes wrong?
Call support. We can connect with remote support and help straight away. The manual (in Danish) is at smartcash.dk/manual.
We have an older version of SMARTcash — can we upgrade?
Yes. Upgrading to SMARTcash V11 costs DKK 12,000 excl. VAT per business, plus data conversion billed by the hour. Contact us for a quote.
